self-serve coffee lack of assistance
The breakfast was not up to par. the coffee came from a self-serve machine similar to ones at service stations. I expected better. additionally, the staff did not offer any help with luggage despite the lift being out of service for a period . i had to carry my bags up three flights of stairs myself.

amazing stay!
premium room breakfast buffet amazing food
i stayed in a premium family room and it was super spacious. breakfast buffet was the biggest i have seen, it had a huge selection of foods. the pool area was neat and the bar food was amazing.

The staff demonstrated both friendliness and helpfulness. The room had ample space for hanging clothes and folded items. Bathrobes provided a nice touch. Slippers also created a sense of enhanced comfort
The lift experienced operational issues . It impacted accessibility at times.

really good hotel experience
great selection nice pastries spaciousness comfy bed
the breakfast offered a great selection with particularly nice pastries i observed designated areas restaurants and hidden corners the hotel features spaciousness my visit coincided with the feria de abril allowing enjoyment of local atmosphere and energy i found the staff to be excellent. the bed was comfy with super large pillows

the staff was very friendly and cute i found them helpful the concierge alvarra was knowledgeable and provided excellent assistance ensuring my needs were well addressed throughout the stay.

unsafe kettle mobile app
the breakfast had a good choice of food.
the room lacked a kettle, though tea bags were provided. the kettle i requested presented burnt metallic interiors, it was unsafe. the nespresso machine also did not work, a replacement request via the hotel's mobile app received no response.

fresh juice comfortable bed
I found fresh juice and smoothies at breakfast. The bed in my Premium Family Room felt very comfortable to me. Rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly.
Restaurants food were dreadful, the worst food I've possible ever eaten. Pool wasn't even heated, the water was freezing cold.
